There are exciting times ahead as we expand our network of agents who will run
their own businesses importing and installing prefabricated homes.
As shown on the homepage, we have three versions of these homes to accommodate
different price points. For example, a two-bedroom home of 30 m2 with an added 48
m2 covered veranda gives a total undercover space of 84 m2.
These homes are fully furnished and come with water tanks underneath to collect
black/gray water, and a separate tank on-site to collect rainwater.
Even allowing for increased shipping costs, these homes could be supplied and
installed for $99,000 including GST, depending on distance from the port.
